Pitstop

Every robotics team has a bin of parts it will never use again: last season's gearboxes, an extra swerve module, motors bought for a mechanism that got cut. Meanwhile another team an hour away is paying full price and waiting a week for the same part. Pitstop is a marketplace built to connect those two teams.

Teams list parts to sell, swap, or give away, and browse what nearby teams have posted. Listings are organized around the parts FRC, FTC, and FLL teams actually use, so searching for a specific motor or module gets you there in a couple of taps instead of scrolling through a general marketplace.

I built it as an Expo iOS app with a Next.js web app alongside it, sharing one backend. The site at frcpitstop.com is live, and the app is in progress.
